Another rainy day in New York City! J. S. and I finally ventured out of the penthouse this morning. He had an appointment at Grace Church down in Greenwich Village to see if they need an organist and to discuss their weekly “Bach at Noon” programming. I came with for the fun of it, and to help with translating. I hope he gets the gig! J. S. on organ every Sunday - he’d feel right at home again! Anyway, my favorite part of the day was riding the NEW YORK CITY SUBWAY for the very first time!!! SO much fun!!! Unbelievable! What a difference from all those times Nannerl and I have gotten our carriage stuck in the mud!!!! lol! I got a pic of me and J. S. waiting for the N train to come, and then I had him take this portrait of me in front of the subway map. I think I look pretty good! So New York! lol!!!! I’m TOTALLY trying this again later tonight!!!!!!!
